Sugar Space Arts Warehouse is available for arts and community events. Our space is the perfect place for Special Occasions, Business , Performances, Fundraisers, Birthday Parties for Kids and Adults, Celebration of Life Events, Quinceaneras, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Baptisms, Festivals, Open Mics, Outdoor Events and more.
We have two buildings, a covered patio and a private lot that can work for a wide range of events. We have been designated as a cultural facility.
We can be full service with lighting and decorating consultants who can provide decor and linens, specialty lighting effects and more. We also have a wide variety of performers, caterers, bands and DJ recommendations. You are also welcome to arrange everything yourself and handle your event from the ground up.
Our downtown location has a large converted warehouse with 24′ high ceilings and an occupancy of 350.

The following items are included in your rental: fun theatrical lighting and disco ball, professional sound system for ipod, cd, computer or mp3 hook-up, kitchen facilities and microphone.
Bar Service Details and Pricing
– Hosted bar or Cash bar up to 3 hours service
– $100-150 per bar set up
– $20/hour per bartender
Generally one bar is appropriate for up to 150 people and one bartender per bar for beer and wine and two bartenders per bar for a full bar.
Standard Drink prices = $7 cocktails, $6 wine, $5 beer. Bar set up fee includes cups (plastic), soft drinks, water, napkins, ice, and mixers. An additional fee of .60 per glass applies for glassware.
