Sugar Space Pop-Up Play Area Parties

Our play area packages are wonderful for your little ones 1 to 6 years old!

Inclusions: Private access to our pop-up play area/eating area for 2 hours for up to 16 kids and 10 adults (or 26 people total).

Feel free to bring in your own cake, ice cream and drinks (we supply plates, utensils, napkins, cups) Includes 6 balloons.

PRICING:

$250 Mondays through Thursdays, $300 Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays

(add $10/person over 26 up to a max. of 30 people. )

$100 non-refundable deposit is required.

For larger parties (up to 350 people), please ask for a custom quote for larger building (see below)

Please have all guests sign our new waiver prior to your party.

To confirm this reservation, you will be asked to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours via email. If for some reason, your date is not available and there is not another suitable date, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded under any other circumstances.

Balance payment for the rental is due 48 hours before your party and will be invoiced and sent by email through square.

Miscellaneous Items:

– Feel free to bring in cake, ice cream and drinks.

– If you want to bring in outside food that can be acommodated for $1 per person for clean up.

-Food must stay in designated food area inside the detached building (same building as play area is set up).

– No glitter, confetti, silly string, oils, gum, open flame or pinatas in pop-up play area (pinatas are allowed in our larger building).

– Crockpots and warming equipment are not allowed during our pop-up play parties with toy set up, but are allowed for parties booked in our larger building and/or custom parties without the pop-up play area set up.

– If you are booking a time slot when the cafe is open, you are also welcome to order from the cafe but we recommend pre-ordering for your party to make sure there is enough supplies for what you would like and for faster service.

– For a catering and/or beverage menu, please inquire in advance.

– Alcohol is allowed on site for private parties. When pop-up play area is set up glassware is not allowed (cans, plastic carafes, etc are allowed)

– Ice is not provided and guests may bring coolers.

– Host may arrive 15 minutes before the party starts and stay 15 minutes after the party ends to deliver and gather their items.

– Hosts can play music at their event through our speaker system. AUX cable hook up is provided. If you have something other than AUX cable hook-up, you will need to bring an adaptor.

– If you wish to bring an outside vendor and/or entertainment, please let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply.

– If you have a theme, please let us know in advance so we can do our best effort to coordinate balloon colors and table coverings.
